In order to control the safety at all highway points, Tunisie Autoroutes established a network of emergency call, with computed operation and management means, including more than 250 emergency roadside telephones. Every two kilometers, on the A1, A3, and A4 highways, two roadside telephones are established, one from each side. |

Centre

Pushing the call button of the set, at anytime from day or night, will direct the call to the National Guard Station, the corps which will take care of activating the aid. The National Guard centralizes all the calls through the stations set in the premises based on the highway, directly connected to the agents of Tunisie Autoroutes. |

In addition to emergency call network and the mobile patrolmen from the National Guard, Tunisie Autoroutes assist the users, in trouble, via all the patrol cars continuously on the road

In case of breakdowns occurring with a user’s car, assistance is offered by breakdowns mechanic cars-tower, accredited by Tunisie Autoroutes, continuously, assigned on the entire network. The repair on site should not exceed 30 mns. |
